Claudette Renard founded Renard’s Catering in 1984 because of her love of cooking and entertaining. That dream has grown into a business with over 30 employees, providing food for hundreds of events each week. Renard’s Catering moved into a state-of-the-art kitchen facility in 2006 that allows us to provide a full variety of catering for events serving 10 to 10,000 guests.
We have many full catering menus available: banquet catering, wedding catering, barbeque catering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and appetizer events. Many events will have custom menus designed by the customer and our professional staff. Some events are simple buffets with disposable trays and place settings, while others are elegant with china, linen and floral arrangements. We can easily handle sit-down dinners, formal weddings, or family style meals. In addition, we cater for holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas, and provide catering for Graduation ceremonies and funeral services. We will provide whatever you may need to have a problem free event, including service and bartender personnel. Renard’s catering is also equipped for large corporate picnics, owning corn roasters, pig roasters, large trailer grills and refrigeration equipment. We are approved caterers at the National Railroad Museum, The Weidner Center, Heritage Hill and Bay Beach Park.
Although Claudette Renard has retired from full time work, her daughter and son-in law, Denise & Tom Englebert, have taken over. They still follow Claudette’s recipes and concepts of what is needed to satisfy large groups of people. Renard’s can help you with all of your event planning needs.
