Beacon Country Day School is a private, non-profit school founded in 1954 and located in the beautiful country setting of Greenwood Village, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. We educate children from preschool age to 8th grade. Children are actively engaged in small, intimate groups and classes. With academic excellence we also provide programs for the gifted. In fact, Beacon was selected as a Blue Ribbon School by the United States Department of Education. We carry exceptional national test scores in the 99th percentile and are accredited by the North Central Association & Advance Education. We also have extended day programs at no additional charge and offer extra-curricular programs that include piano instruction, voice lessons, dance, chess club, Mad-Science and golf lessons.
