We provide massage, reflexology, Reiki and aromatherapy. Massage with Style’s specialty is in the area injury recovery, sports, pregnancy, and stress relief. Stiles is a licensed massage practitioner, master reflexologist, and Reiki master as well as a self-identified "Geek". Liz is dedicated to her clients and gives every one of them a thorough assessment at the beginning of treatment. Liz is incredibly skilled and can identify specific muscular areas related to your chronic pain. Liz then can treat these areas and ease the tension with her expert technique. Massage with Style offers a variety of treatment options. Liz can perform Swedish massage, relaxation, deep tissue, rehabilitative, myofascial pain therapy, lymph drainage therapy, acupressure and reflexology. She will guide you through the process and will educate you as to which treatment options are right for you. Priding herself on not being a typical masseuse. She takes ample time with all of her clients so as to achieve maximum results. Liz takes your health and healing seriously and is grateful that she can be a part of it.
