Typical services include paving, crack sealing, seal coating, striping, and pavement marking, infrared asphalt repair and drainage structure installation. If there are any badly cracked or broken up places, we repair them by saw cutting or ripping them out, checking the base to see if there are soft or clay spots, re-basing if any are found and filling them back in with hot mix asphalt & compacting.
We look at the foundation and figure out a way to correct any issues that might exist. Often when paving over gravel, it is necessary to do some grading, in addition to basework and bringing in base rock as needed to ensure a level surface for proper water drainage.
