Our clients get their entire projects done for free, via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). In a PPA, an outside investment team pays for the entire project. The client agrees to pay for their electric bill via the PPA Agreement, which essentially charges about 30% less than HECO, for the next 20 years. At the end of 20 years, the client owns the entire project free and clear, and then receives free electric for the lifetime of the system, which is about 30-40 years. Don't worry, with tax incentives and 20 years of collecting electric bill payments, the PPA investors made a lot of money. What does this mean to you?
