After the inspection is complete, the home inspector will compile both a detailed report and a summary report outlining their findings. As a side-note, you'd be surprised how many of the existing homeowners still living in the home are totally unaware of the many issues or problems their homes have... and I'm sure you don't want to pay for these repairs yourself after moving in.
We encourage you to allow for time to attend at least the final portion of the inspection. This allows us to walk through the home with you, pointing out findings and explaining elements of the report.
