PHYSICIAN’S EXECUTIVE COACHING™ is a confidential and secure skill enhancement program.
We provide an individualized coaching format, instead of in lecture, group or seminar settings. We offer our services on-site at a convenient location for the physician, anywhere in the nation.
The assessment and intervention is offered over a two-to-three day, twelve-to-fifteen hour period. . PHYSICIAN’S EXECUTIVE COACHING™ consists of personal training, coaching and focused discussions with the physician-client on anger management, stress management and emotional intelligence, with self-awareness, self-control, self-management, social awareness, relationship management and empathy as components. Interpersonal communications, with effective communication and listening skills as components, also is included in the curriculum.
Specific mental tools are taught to the physician-client in order to expedite behavioral changes.
