After calling several electricians I found Steve to have the lowest minimum and the best quoted rates. When he arrived at my house, he found that the problem was not electical, dinked around for a couple of minutes, fixed the problem and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. He did not charge me for the call because I was not out of the way from his next appointment and it it only took a couple of minutes to fix. Rather, he said that is what neighbors are for.
