We bring a new perspective to life issues through individual and group counseling and coaching.
Anger is a natural basic human emotion that is often used to express negative feelings. Desk or road rage, violent behavior, inappropriate verbal attacks, aggression, bullying others and lack of appreciation for others are examples of issues that benefit from anger management.
We provide Anger Management, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, Communication techniques and training for the workplace, for adolescents, adults and couples. Anger and Stress Management Classes for Adults and Teens for those seeking improvement in their lives as well as, those that need classes as a court mandate. Certified by Anderson & Anderson, we teach others skills and useful techniques to manage everyday situations with new knowledge and attitude to overcome life's difficulties.
Anger issues and responses are learned. There is general agreement among most knowledgeable experts that the way one responds to anger is learned and, therefore, can be unlearned. Alternative approaches to dealing with anger can be taught. There are multiple ways that people learn an aggressive angry expression style. Marriage and Relationship counseling is the process to recognize and manage or reconcile differences and repeating patterns of distress between people. Marriage and relationship counseling as a discrete, professional service is a recent phenomenon.
